Too slow to heat up
Store owner replied: Hey Niall, email us at info@portagrub.com to discuss. We can go through steps with you for efficient heating. Certain types of meals can take longer depending on moisture and volume. Our new addition Model S is 20% faster than Model F.

Very handy need about 3/4 hr to have gud an hot for eating
Store owner replied: Thanks Ray. 45 minutes seems long for a standard size meal, of course it depends on the volume of food in the container and the moisture content. If your food is dry try adding a few tablespoons of water.

Worked really well i had it plugged into the port on my excavator for 25 mins before lunch and the food was hot

Brilliant thing to have in the lorry. Heated up a full dish of pasta carbonara to piping hot in 40ish minutes on 24volt.
Store owner replied: Great stuff Eddie, glad it’s helping out. We are increasing to 80watt in the coming weeks so it will take less time to fully heat up. A drop of water into your dish will also heat quicker

Absolutely fantastic, so easy to prepare healthy hot meals, working outside on the tools it’s just too easy to nip and get fast food but now I cook a little extra each evening and have it hot in the portagrub the next day, super simple, what a product
Looks nothing like what I saw on line
Best invention ever! I can finally make bulk lunches for work the night before and rather than drying it out reheating with microwave, this holds the moisture in food. Also the added bonus of a car charger to eat in peace and quiet in car. Game changer!

This is the best money I’ve spent in awhile. I’m a truck driver so I’m always on the go and passing delis is the problem. With this I can just plug it in and eat a healthier meal while also saving money from keeping out of the shops! Product is high quality and an ideal size cannot fault this product!
